With more than 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, Claudia brings deep knowledge and expertise to providing comprehensive wealth management for individuals, families, and businesses. She is committed to building long-term relationships with clients and enjoys getting to know them personally while guiding them through important financial decisions.
Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities, Claudia was with BMO Nesbitt Burns, where she held progressive roles, strengthened her client service skills, and developed her ability to understand clients’ needs and goals thoroughly.
With a strong belief that a solid financial plan is the heart of successful wealth management, she draws on her education and wealth of experience to provide the ideal solutions and advice for her clients. Known for her professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail, Claudia consistently strives to elevate each client’s experience.
Along with her Bachelor of Business Administration, Claudia has acquired the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation and is life-licensed to enhance her professional service offering.
Outside of the office, Claudia spends quality time with her partner, Dan, and their incredible boy, Ross. She enjoys the outdoors and takes every opportunity to explore the North Shore Mountains.

Jia joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2023 with a keen interest in research, analysis, and helping people succeed. As an Associate, she assists Claudia in providing clients with a full range of wealth management services.
A licensed Investment Representative, Jia has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) from the Canadian Securities Institute to develop her professional skills. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Services from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Finance from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
Jia strives to provide efficient and responsive service with a great level of care and attention to detail. This is also evident in her creative hobbies, including singing, digital illustration, and animation through individual and collaborative works.
